Pilates Mat Class - This class was developed as an exploration of the pilates method. You will move toward greater body alignment and a more fluid practice. Using small pilates apparatus, such as toning rigns and bands, stability balls and light weights it is assured to be a challenging and dynamic workout


Pilates Reformer Training – The pilates reformer uses various cables, pulleys, springs and sliding boards to create an overall body workout. Primarily using one's own body weight as resistance, participants are put through a series of progressive, range-of-motion exercises. Pilates exercises are very low impact. Instructors, who typically work one-on-one or with up to four participants, offer reminders to engage the abdominals, the back, the upper leg and buttocks to stabilize the body's core.

Introductory package available for first time clients: 3 private sessions for $180.00


Private Session

A one on one session tailored to your individual needs. A perfect choice for those who are either just beginning on the equipment, concerned about a specific injury, or for those who simply want a challenging workout designed just for them! Private sessions incorporate all equipment and mat work giving you your best possible workout.


Cost: varies by instruction, ranging from, $60.00-95.00 per session. Savings Packages available.


Semi-Private Session

Private pilates with a friend! Two students and one instructor make semi-private sessions a fun and more economical way to do pilates training. The instructor will tailor the class for both students needs by using all equipment and mat work.

 

Cost: $40.00-$50.00 ( a session, per student) Savings packages available.


Small Group Reformer Class

Three students to one trainer on the most popular pilates machine. The reformer helps one establish torso stability and postural alignment while working peripheral limbs in a range of motion. The adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, which helps to lengthen and strengthen the muscles rather than building bulk.

 

Cost: Drop in $35.00 ( savings package: 10 sessions $295.00)
