Levels:
All Levels – This mixed-level class is composed of challenging but accessible postures, all of which include modifications and variations to suit every level of practitioner. An invigorating class for all who attend.
Level 1 – These classes are geared toward beginners or those re-entering their practice. They are designed to provide newer students with basic knowledge. Classes continue working with postures, physical alignment, and breath-work.
Level 2 – This class offers a more challenging practice and requires the students to have a general understanding of Yoga. This class combines the movement of body with the movement of breath to build heat in the body, developing strength, flexibility, and stamina. The perfect choice for those seeking a moderately vigorous practice.
Level 2/ 3– This class is designed for students with a deep understanding of Yoga. A challenging and complex series of poses is designed to create heat and energy flow. This powerful class cultivates stamina, strength and focus.
Sweat and Soul Yoga- A dynamic fast moving yoga class that utilizes contemporary music. This class is fun, fast resulting in total body rejuvenation. You will leave class smiling and sweating! All levels are welcome.
Yoga for Serenity- a great class to begin your Yoga journey. Learn Yoga postures and breath-work using beautiful meditative movements. This class focuses on stress reduction and relaxation. Become inspired each class to live your life to the fullest. All levels welcome.
